Dennis began his restaurant career at the top, working closely with legendary restauranteur Dave Thomas straight out of college. He (Dennis not Dave) eventually co-founded EHY as a “restaurant agency” and for the next 20 years worked on clients like Carl’s Jr., El Torito and Stuart Anderson’s. Although not a chain Restaurant, Dennis also headed up our six year stint with Wolfgang Puck’s American Wine & Food Festival. He reports that the breakfast meetings at Spago were great!
Over the last 20 years KT has helped guide the vision for brands like IHOP, PF Changs, Red Robin, Pei Wei and Garden Fresh. As a result, he’s acquired an overdeveloped appreciation for pancakes, lettuce wraps, burgers and croutons. However, since moving to Santa Barbara 88% of KT’s diet consists of tacos.
Tori is so into restaurants and hospitality, she once left EHY (we know, crazy, huh?) to pursue a dream in management at a large 5-star resort. Since her return several years ago, she worked extensively on Family Restaurant Group’s Coco’s and Carrow’s and Chi-Chi’s. As well as multiple food and beverage concepts at the Chumash Casino Resort.
As a media professional in both New York and LA, Lily has been taken to lunch in some of the country’s best restaurants. But she probably never dreamed she’d be directing savvy media programs for brands like Chevy’s, Koo Koo Roo, Jack-in-the-Box, Sizzler, Chi-Chi’s, Baja Fresh and many, many more. And all these chains have one thing in common. They want Lily negotiating for them.
Making a career out of her passion, Emily has over 15 years experience in creating powerful PR initiatives for organizations like the Patina Restaurant Group, the James Beard Foundation, Little Caesar’s Pizza and the New York Wine & Food Festival. As a former restaurant owner herself, Emily does a lot more than just talk the talk.
